"Awful service"

About: Royal Berkshire Hospital

My mum was asked to attend A&E after spending 6 hours at the eye clinic , we spend another 3 hours waiting to be seen at A&E , pathetic service , I wish there was a private option available so I could have opted for it . The staff are really unhelpful , and didn't bother informing at all .
