On Wednesday 30th March 2016 we took advice from Seahouses pharmacy to take our daughter to Alnwick Infirmary. All NHS we encountered were excellent the GP prompt to arrive, the ambulance staff supportive and clearly explained everything as we transferred to Cramlington.
However a special thanks has to go to the Sister in charge on Minor Injuries they were so swift in decision making, empathetic to our fear, professional yet sensitive and educated us as to what we must do in the future for Jessica's care.
They acted so fast without panicking us.
Our daughter was in hospital over night with a viral induced wheeze and I am glad she now on the mend thanks to the prompt medical care we gained.
Thank you
Lesley Poulter
PS I have sent the Sister in charge a card I hope it gets to them.
