"Appointment not kept by key worker ( Adult..."

About: Tiverton and District Hospital

My son had his first appointment m to be met from home by the key worker today. They arrived at least 30 minutes early, luckily I intercepted and asked them to wait outside as my son was still getting ready and if stressed may not have kept the appointment. They agreed and I left for work, I have just returned from work to find that the appointment was not kept. I am really shocked, in view of my son's particular problems, to hear that the person drove off before the time of the appointment, which was 11 am.

He said they knocked on the door at 10.50 am when he was not dressed and did not answer the door, he was out of the house at one minute past 11 but they had already driven off,

More alarmingly, I asked the person to call my son on our landline to let him know they were waiting for him outside ( his CAMHS worker has always done this) but they failed to do so.

I expressly asked them not to knock at the door for fear of making my son more anxious.

I. Retrospect perhaps I should have called him myself from work but once there I was in a meeting for over an hour, so there was little point.

Please can you let me know how I can contact this person? It is only my son's second appointment since moving over to adult services and we need to make sure they understand otherwise he is going to miss appointments and thie support he is supposed to gent through his ECH plan is not going to be delivered adequately.

I don't wish to make a customer service complaint at this point but I am extremely worried byt the behaviour of the key worker.
