What I liked

I wish to express my thanks for the excellent treatment I received in every respect. What was a potentially dangerous condition was quickly identified and I was very closely monitored throughout my initial recovery. All the doctors and staff were very professional and kept me well informed.

I should also like to mention in particular, the nurse on my ward, Fiona McKenzie. She was quite exceptional in the care and interest she showed for patients, and really went out of her way to do anything she could to help us, demonstrating initiative in doing so. Her natural, cheerful disposition and warmth were much appreciated. I know that others in my ward were of the same opinion.
