(as the patient),

I just wanted to say thank you to the wonderful ambulance service that helped my husband on Easter Saturday. My husband wasn’t feeling well and fell of the sofa. I called the ambulance service, as I couldn’t get him up. The lady on the ambulance service was excellent, she helped him up and did everything she could, put him in the ambulance and took him to the hospital. Thank you again, for the excellent service.
