I started bring my granddaughter to sessions two years ago when she was 13 months. I felt she needed more play and creative experiences than I could offer for the 2 days a week I look after her. During the two years she had grown in confidence tremendously and has made a could o special friends as well as really enjoying the messy play and the outdoor area. She knows now that after the weekend it’s the Monday session and says “is it time for playgroup yet? ” when she arrives in the morning.
The staff are all very welcoming and caring and are ready to answer any questions any of us have.
I like the way that the children are encouraged to all sit together at snack time and try foods which they may not otherwise have the opportunity to do. This is one of Eleanor’s favourite times.
The range of toys and activities is very extensive so that whatever the children’s interests are they are catered for. All in all I was very glad I decided to start coming here.
