The staff are Asplands are extremely professional, helpful and sympathetic. I feel that they have a lot to put up with having stood at reception hearing quite rude people being confrontational whilst the staff were trying their best for them.
The Doctors will fit you in if you really need to see them - sometimes you will have to wait a while but you will alwsys be seen.
The nurses do my ears and they do a good job. They remind me of other tests that I need to book.
The text for my appointment is a good reminder.
