"Staff exceptionally nice"

The staff were so friendly and kind. They spent time explaining everything so thoroughly and were very professional. The hospital I feel is looking dated and the room was clean and pleasant enough ,but the whole place I feel needs an update. Ok it is a private hospital and not a hotel but I still feel it needs a revamp in my honest opinion.

I might be wrong but I wouldn't be surprised if it at least twenty years since a revamp. Even the blanket put on my husband's legs when he was being brought back from theatre was looking rather ancient!

The doors that are automatic at the main entrance open and close constantly even when nobody is near them so if you either worked in reception or were sat in the reception area I am sure you would find this irritating as they noisily fly open and closed literally all the time. Otherwise could not fault it.
