"Horrible experience 2nd time round."

To start with I had the best experience with my first child the midwife and all the staff were brilliant couldn't make any bad comments unfortunately I ask for the same midwife again but they were on leave. This time round was the worst experience ever I had the most miserable midwife that was very abrupt and rude thankfully I had a lovly student midwife in with me aswell. I ended up having a c-section when I got back into my room the bed was broken and wouldn't go all the way down stopped half way so was very painful getting on and off the bed and also had to wait hours for pain medication. The bins were never emptied and were over flowing after the same midwife said twice they would get them emptied. If I was to ever to have anymore children I would refuse the midwife I had this time as I was not comfortable with them at all and they made me very uneasy.
