"Excellent experience"

I visited EPU (Early Pregnancy Unit) this week at Epsom and I felt it right to pass on my feedback to the excellent staff at this hospital.

To put this in context, in the past I have always been seen by East Surrey Hospital, however after dreadful experience I refused to step foot there again and choose to attend Epsom; I'm so pleased I did! From the first phone call to the EPU department I felt like the midwife really cared about what I had to say and they promptly booked me in for scan.

On the day of the scan, my husband and I turned up- I have to admit I was petrified of what I was going to be told due to my history.

We were seen quickly, 15 minutes early infact, by 2 lovely Somnographers. They gave us the information so quickly, that neither of us heard what they had said and had to ask for it be repeated.

Both somnographers had the right balance of professionalism, completely understanding our situation and dealing with it absolutely perfectly. We couldn't be more grateful to them both.

Following the scan we were seen by the midwife, who booked us in previously; again a lovely person, very helpful and we didn't feel rushed in discussing our thoughts and questions.

I'm so very very pleased we've chosen Epsom, and fingers crossed that we will continue to see this great team over the next few months. Thank you very much.
