"Disappointing service waisted my time!"

Realy desapointed as i was waiting for my dental appointment for more then 10 weeks and untill i call them i found out they not even bother to contact my dental clinic or me direct to explain what is happening, i was chasing them from time to time but the aswers was alway on the system, then it was rejected but they refused to explain why! Othey day i call and they said its been mistake from my dental practice as they dint include xray ( when it was and i had printed letter of it) so once i get printed letter from my dental practice and whent direc to them they said that it's simple extractions and thats why they rejected me so many lies in one day! I am in pain with my wisdom thooth which dentist strongly advise to have hospital treatment and hospital just don't bother to help patients! Really bad experience with this hospital! And iam still waitng for my rejected leter and iam sure they keep lies even they told me they send letter on 27/03 which is Sunday what a hard working oeople!
