"2nd shocking visit."

My second visit in 2 weeks to A& E.After another fall I was taken by Ambulance'The booking nurse told me she needed my bed and since I could walk a little bit she told me to sit on a chair.in the corner.2 1/2 hours later they took a blood sample.They had been calling the wrong name.Every time a stretcher in in orfer!!Never again.!!!round the corner they banged my knees!! Already in pain I left and went to Whitington Hosp for treatment.. Goodbye North Middlesex.None of the residents in my building will go there!!

Thank you for your feedback. So sorry that the service provided was not your expectation.

Unfortunately the attendance in A&E can rapidly increase and patients being brought in by ambulances on stretchers do require a little more space for manoeuvring within the A&E unit.

The ambulance staff should have taken a little more care and not knocked your painful knees.
