"Staff are great, but they are under resourced !"

The Staff do all they can with the resources available to them, they are not to blame for all the delays in treating patients, I was in A an E at Treliske on last Sunday with food obstruction in my throat, which required to 2 ops with endoscopy surgery. The Staff were brilliant and very caring, but all the delays in dealing with it were due to the inadequate resourcing of the NHS. I was waiting for over 10 hours for the 1st OP to remove the obstruction in my throat. as the surgeon was too busy with other more serious patients.
