"After trying to move a procedure from London to..."

Spire - was sent here by GP after I requested moving an operation from Kings London to Hull..

First appointment, consultant was arrogant - expected me to know the medical procedures taken place - I am not a medical man!

Second consultant, lovely, really nice - but insisted I should have been chasing my own medical records from Kings - is this true? Should I be chasing my own medical records?

Walked out - decided it was far easier to travel down to KIngs - Spire - Forget it.. You try but you don't succeed!
