"Let down by ENT"

About: East Surrey Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

I have been feeling sick and dizzy for almost 5 months now. I finally got my appointment to see an ENT specialist which was a complete waste of time. I felt that the doctor I saw was very rude and also answered their phone twice whilst I was in the room after waiting an hour and half over my app time to see them. They just shruged off what I was saying and didnt really seem to know what they were doing. Im very upset and shocked that a doctor would treat me this way and just leave me to carry on the way I am. I waited over 2 months for that appointment just to be let down.

I am sorry you have had a bad experience in the ENT clinic.

It would be very helpful if you could contact the service manager for ENT with your details as it is very important that we look into this for you.This is not the standard of behaviour we expect our staff demonstrate.
