Got admitted into crosshouse with ketoacidosis. After which my blood sugars went the other way resulting in me hypoing. During which time my blood sugars sat at 1. 6 and under 2 in which time my blood sugars hadn't been tested at all during the night. I done it myself. If they knew how low my sugars were going or understood about the condition they should know to keep an eye on my sugars however this wasn't done. I felt they had barley any understanding of diabetes at all. After taking another hypo in the morning they test your blood sugars then leave you with very little Lucozade and don't come back to check on you especially with blood sugars as low as 2, I personally feel they have no understanding of diabetic care.
