I would never return to the JR as a patient due to the issues I had with one member of the neurosurgeon team. The attitude I received was totally uncalled for. One of the neurosurgery SHOs called me a liar about the symptoms I was experiencing.

I am very sorry that your care lacked the respect that we expect all our patients to receive.

Please be assured that your feedback will be passed onto the Service Managers responsible for the Neurosurgery Department. We would welcome the opportunity to investigate the issues you have raised and provide you with a response.
