We had appointment at the fracture clinic. Our usual consultant was away and we saw the replacement.
Unfortunately, they could not explain to us properly. We were very dissatisfied regarding the treatment which they mentioned which was not explained to us properly.
We asked them about medical intervention which they said that they did not know about.
