My reason for never wanting to return to the department is because of the attitude and manners of one of the SHOs on the neurosciences ward. They stood at the bottom of my bed and called me a liar about my medical condition and the headaches I was experiencing.

I am very sorry that your treatment was not at the high standard that we expect to provide.

Please be assured that your feedback will be passed onto the Service Managers responsible for Neurosciences. We would welcome the opportunity to investigate the issues you have raised and provide you with a response.
