About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust / Mental Health Services for Older People – Community (County)

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

After a full assessment by the Dementia Outreach Team Occupational Therapist the care home sourced an appropriate chair for a Service User. The relative of the Service User has given the following feedback: "Yes it finally arrived after lots of chasing. She looks fantastic in it, her position and posture is so much better. I'm really pleased she can now engage in activities, meal times etc.

Thank you for everything. "
