"Pleased with Care at St Peters"

About: St Peter's Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a relative),

My husband was admitted by his GP just before Easter and the care and attention he received at this hospital was wonderful. Having been to several hospitals as an in patient in the last four years this one came a very close second to the John Radcliffe in Oxford.

He was readmitted again on Tuesday this week and again the care is excellent regardless of the fact the doctors are on strike! The only problem being they cannot operate until the strike is over and the backlog cleared.

Thank you for replying. Since his discharge he has been given several appointments for different clinics starting today Saturday with another cat Scan, you cannot ask for more. We understand the delay in operating and are happy in the knowledge that it will be done when the time is right.
