I was dreading the visit to A and E on bank holiday Monday when my 96 year old Nan cut her shin badly- however, I can only say that it was a very quick and stress free visit. We were booked in straight away by a very nice and friendly receptionist, seen by triage within 5 minutes and treated by a wonderful, happy kind nurse very promptly. The whole trip was all sorted and treated ready to go home in 30 minutes. Thank you so much.
