"Health Care Assistants REM Clinic"

About: Sunderland Royal Hospital

I attended the REM Clinic the Consultant was excellent and I couldn't be happier with the medical staff. On the other hand the Health Care Assistant was a dour, surly person who didn't explain anything they were doing or why, and barked orders at me eg lift up your top and keep it there, then proceeded to have a non work related conversation with another HCA while I sat in this humiliating position. This member of staff was unkind and unpleasant.
