"Much better than Cambridge version"

Cambridge version: long wait, physiotherapist repeatedly gave exercises that made me worse, more pain, more twisted neck/back, got snotty when I told them this.

Ipswich physio: short wait, everyone very nice, go out of their way to help you, the physiotherapist excellent patient manner, gave exercises that were appropriate and helped alleviate pain and build strength, and actually listens! Professional. A+++
