Midwives at this hospital are very unhelpful, i had two midwives change shifts whilst i was there for four hours, when the waters broke the midwife didnt even want to help, going out and coming back after ages, whilst the contractions were going on another midwife who changed with the previous midwife expected me to get up and get the gas and air inhaler ridiculous, whilst giving birth they were very unhelpful did not put me at ease it was a bad experience made me lose confidence.
The timimgs for the partners to stay to a certain time seemed to be for select partners as we was told that partners leave at a certain time when asked reg this then we was told its not always the case.
They have a job to do, they know the requirements of there job role and should execute it fully, if its not for them then another profession is needed. I inderstand the job imvolves long hours but this what you have put yourself through to be.
