"Daughter serious head injury"

I brought my daughter into a&e on the 15th July 2015 as she had fallen off a suspension bridge at our local park,

She was sick as soon as we arrived and was dizzy and drowsy, we were seen straight away by a doctor who got her a ct scan within minutes, we were told the worst that our 4yr old daughter had a fractured skull and a bleed on her brain.

I was beside myself and I can't thank the nurses/doctor/ anyone that was there enough, everyone involved did everything they could to help my daughter and to calm me down, if I could give more than 5stars I would. I would love to say thank u to the doctor that saw her that day and that acted so quickly and was paramount in her surviving that awful day.

She was blue lighted Upto Nottingham queens where she was looked after expertly but we also want to thank this hospital for doing there utmost.

An amazing team that are perfect at what they do, they should be absolutely proud of that they do, my little girl is here and has no after effects from this injury at all and that is mainly due to the quickness of this team. We can't thank u enough x
