"The staff worked quietly and efficiently"

About: Queen's Hospital / Accident & emergency

(as the patient),

I was escorted to A and E by a very efficient and calm paramedic called Jessica after having a very fast heart beat and faintness. The department was very busy but all the staff worked quietly and efficiently together, getting all the many tasks done and were polite.
