I visited the hospital today for a hearing test and was booked in by a pleasant receptionist. My appointment was for 14.15 and I was seen on time by a very pleasant doctor.
They did my hearing test, set up my new hearing aids and everything was finished within half an hour.
I have always been impressed with the pleasant and efficient service that I have received in this department and will be grateful if you will pass on my thanks to the staff.
