"Compassionate Care"

My Mother was taken into Colchester Hospital after a fall and sadly died a few days later. She spent time in the Frail Elderley Unit and Dedham Ward. The care she received throughout this time could not be faulted. The nurses could not have been kinder and treated her with dignity. I cannot understand why some people criticise the NHS as from my 1st hand experience everyone was prepared to go the extra mile. Many thanks to everyone involved for making this difficult time the best it could be.
