About: Eastbourne District General Hospital

A special thanks to the matron on CCU and their amazing team for their care and devotion to their patients. They received my partner’s urgent referral on Thursday afternoon and phoned us on Friday asking if we could come in for the procedure on the Monday.

All staff made us feel at ease in what was quite a stressful situation. I would like to say a special thanks to the staff nurse who was professional, kind and caring throughout, kept us updated, and was able to answer all our questions.

I can honestly say we had the best care possible. They are an incredible team.

As a Trust, we are very proud of the high quality care staff deliver to patients. We receive many letters, emails and cards of gratitude everyday praising staff for their professionalism and dedication.
