Passed from pillar to post, still have terrible vision, headaches, biting tongue, fatigue, dizziness etc, had lots of different diagnosis but I would say I'm overall worse.

Sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing, and sometimes it does take time to obtain a diagnosis.
If you don't already do this, we would recommend keeping a note of all your symptoms, and when they occurred, so that when you meet with your doctor you are able to provide as much information as you can as this will help.
