I would like to extend my thanks and regards to all the hospital staff involved in my care (admitted via A& E 31/03/16.
I was discharged today after a week of being treated with dignity and respect, by all.
I wasn't expecting to be discharged today, so I feel at the very least, I should mention that I was incredibly well cared for, and despite being obviously incredibly busy, if the staff felt that I'd had to wait just a fraction too long....I also received an apology for that!
To the last minute (when one of the nurses tucked some sandwiches and a yoghurt into my 'going home bag'....I felt in safe and secure hands.
I also became far more 'hygiene' aware this week as I noticed that all the staff were very strict with regards to that.
Thank You William Harvey Hospital
"A VERY grateful patient"
