What could be improved

My daughter was due a 2 year follow up for a heart scan in January 2010. No contact from the hospital, so we chased. Over 10 calls later, firstly denying she had ever been seen there, resulting in a verbal confirmation of appt this week (12 Feb). Still no letter, so we called again today - and guess what, she is not on list....

The incompetence around this episode beggars belief, and despite numerous calls, call backs etc...I have what I can say as zero confidence in the administration of this hospital.

I only hope the doctors/consultants are in another league.

Why cant the simple thing to organise be achieved.

I would really be worried if I would be continued to be seen here.

Back to John Radcliffe and an hours drive next time, despite Stoke Mandeville being only 15mins away.
