It's 5pm... I've been waiting in A&E sonce 1:30pm.

I came for a back problem caused by a fall.

I'm waiting for the doctors to finish a monopoly game I guess...

Oh dear, I am so sorry that you had a long wait in A&E and you must have been in a great deal of discomfort with your back.

Sometimes our patients are not aware of the pressures on the staff, who may have been dealing with a very difficult situation, but I am sincerely sorry that you were not kept fully informed.

I hope you were seen shortly after your contact to us.
