I've just moved to the area, hadn't registered with a dentist and had really bad toothache over the weekend, went to the dental access centre, they couldn't see me but bent over backwards to help me get attention and referred me to Leominster with an appointment, got me directions and telephoned to secure the appointment.
The person who dealt with me on reception was so good, polite and helpful.
Well done for excellent service and going that extra mile, much appreciated
