"Problems with communication and procedure"

About: Bradford Royal Infirmary

Admitted for 6 days.

Most of the nurses were ok though didn't seem to communicate very well.

One would take my blood pressure and 2 minutes later another one would turn up to do it.

Cleaning is non existent, I don't class pushing a dry mop around the middle of the ward cleaning.

Visiting times wasn't adhered to.

Certain patients didn't seem to know the times and the nurses did nothing about it.

One person in my ward had about 5 visitors at one time and they were there from 12 noon until 8.30pm.

It was noisy and I had very little sleep.

The food was average but you didn't seem to get what you had ordered.

There needs to be more control and order with both the staff, patients and visitors.
