"Unplanned stay"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

I recently had a 7 day stay on ward 4 with a broken back.

The nursing staff worked way beyond my expectations despite often being short staffed. They missed their own meal breaks and worked much longer hours than the 13 hour shifts that they were scheduled for in order to make sure the patients were comfortable and safe.

I cannot express how thankful I am to them, they are all amazing people doing amazing work. Thank you very, very much!
