"Extremely disappointed"

About: Newton Abbot Community Hospital

I was treated with utter contempt by the two nurses upon arrival. The sarcastic attitude received from the first nurse, towards my brother, who asked to come with me and was greeted with "well I can't take your temperature" was extremely disappointing from someone supposedly being in the health 'care' profession. Only then to be followed by a second nurse whose diagnosis was "take a pick me up" despite inordinate pain, is frankly unforgivable. Thank goodness my own doctors were able to see me and diagnose a kidney infection and tonsillitis and prescribed the necessary antibiotics. My heart goes out to patients in Devon relying on staff who 'work' at this 'hospital'.
