Our first two appointments for the fertility clinic were cancelled without explanation

we should have taken this as a sign of their lack of interest.

The rest of the treatment was the same .This treatment might have just been another day at the office for them but could have been life changing for us.

The fact that nothing they explained to us was followed through, was confusing until we realised it was carried out to fit in with the fact they don't work sat pm or Sunday.

Their attitude was that the patients were there for their convenience and should be grateful.

I found them to be unprofessional and careless, They seem to forget the NHS is a service payed for by the the very people they treat so badly.

Give this clinic a wide birth it is not worth the heartbreak.
