About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust / Mental Health Services for Older People – Community (County)

(as the patient),

I series of illnesses, then was told I had cancer, which tipped me over the top. I was at the point of taking my life.

The Mental Health Rapid Response team, were great. I was then referred to MHSOP, and given great support by all involved.

Now I feel more confident, and happy, things are looking up, I am awaiting to begin volunteering for MIND in hope of giving something back.

MHSOP support me in my recovery, and wish to thank all involved

Thank you very much for sharing with us your recovery. I'm really pleased that you have found our mental health services for older people to be of such help to you and that you're feeling so much better. It's always really uplifting for staff to hear that their services have been of such good use in helping people feel well again. So once again, thank you for your feedback.
