Care degrading undignified and very poor. I have spoken to staff, left review and contact details why am I not surprised I have not had contact?

I am sorry to read of your disappointing experience and have forwarded your feedback to both the team leader and matron to find out if they are aware of any concerns raised recently, and to contact anyone waiting for a call back.
