Arrived at 10:30am on a Saturday morning following complications from s operation on the previous Thursday. Waited 2 hours just for a bed. The orthopedic consultant didn't appear until 5pm. It was a absolute shambles and the lack of care was shocking. Staff not helpful at all and had now empathy with patients and just told us how "busy they were"

Every effort is made to look after the individual needs of the patient. We're sorry that this did not happen during your recent visit.

The matron has discussed your concerns with the ward manager who will speak to the staff. It is important that concerns are raised by patients and relatives in order for us to improve.
