Am very impressed with the care provided to my daughter in this hospital. Personality disorder is challenging for both the person and their families. My daughter has been in this hospital for 11 months. She has made good progress and learning the dbt. My family are kept informed of things.
The staff are very understanding and kind. Whenever my partner or myself ring up to check on her daughter we always delighted. My daughter can express herself better and we don't have to tip toe around her anymore.
I wish she had been sent to this hospital earlier.
Whenever we visit the hospital the patients look happy. Children are allowed to visit and supported during visit which is important for my daughter 's recovery as a parent in hospital. Staff support my daughter with regular home visit to keep in touch with family. Am glad this hospital is making a positive difference.
"This hospital is really good."
