What I liked

there was nohing I could like about the service I received or the information I was sent there for poor customer relations

What could be improved

all very well being trained in a spceific illness but text book does not work. everyone is different and needs also are different.. what I received was very poor... nothing to do with what I went therefore.... would not recommend this particular department...

Anything else?

now looking to go back to a hospital I was happy with, before the Trusts were formed, thankfully we are allowed to choose.. looking forward to going back and meeting with the doctors and specialist nurses who understand the different needs of a particular person
