On arrival at the hospital the staff at reception were very helpful and friendly
The waiting time to see the consultant was around thirty minutes
The doctor was polite,friendly and above all re assuring
My follow on appointment was arranged most efficiently
Therefore I am now looking forward to my operation without any nervousness
