From the minute I booked in for my minor hand surgery the whole experience was fantastic. The nurses couldn't have been more efficient, pleasant and caring. The consultant was brilliant and did everything to put me at my ease. In fact I actually enjoyed the whole procedure! Well done Russell's Hall.
