"rude and unhelpful staff"

About: Lydney & District Hospital

I will not slander the NHS as most of the staff are professional and caring but tonight was complete different.

Entry of hospital was locked

Staff very rude and unhelpful

Talking about patients in reception in other patients hearing (my friend was sat outside in waiting room)

No survey given to me as they knew how rude they was dispite the hospital notice board being plastered about the government scheme of surveys.
