About: Heartlands Hospital

My husband was admitted to Heartlands Hospital

A & E 10 days ago on a very busy Saturday night with a possible stroke.

We would like to say how wonderful everyone was - professional, kind and caring from the time he was being admitted to the time he was discharged we can not fault the treatment he received.

We would also like to mention the paramedics who arrived within less than 5 minutes and were amazing. When I thanked them they said they were only doing their job. Thank you so much all of you. A grateful wife & patient.

Thank you for your post regarding your recent experience of your husband's attendance to Accident and Emergency at Heartlands Hospital.

I am so pleased to read that you found all of the staff that you encountered were kind, caring and professional throughout your husband's admission. I will ensure that your comments are forwarded to Hilary Clemson Matron for the Emergency Department who will communicate your lovely feedback to all of the Emergency Team, who work extremely hard to provide a positive patient experience in often difficult circumstances.

I do hope your husband is continuing to recover well from his health issues and once again thank you so much for sharing your comments, patient feedback is extremely important to us.
