"outstandingly poor staff at low levels"

About: New Cross Hospital

the ophthalmic clinic is very tatty and run down. however, the main problem is the unbelievably ignorant attitude of the staff at the lower levels ie/ reception/technicians. as I am not allowed to identify them here (they don't even wear names badges!) but I could certainly describe them and they know who they are - shame on you all - you only have a job because there are patients - please newcross send them all on some customer services skills training - we have a choice of hospitals and if people stop coming you will be out of work. nasty!!
