"Knee specialist"

About: Trafford General Hospital

I went to Trafford general yesterday 31st of march 2016 to see a knee specialist for a scan that I never received they were trying to force me to bend my knee even though they told me it's locked completely and I have a meniscus tear they tried to put anesthetic injections into into it without even asking me I screamed out in pain for them to shout and swear at me and call me soft after waiting an hour and 10 minutes past my appointment time and then to be told to get back outside in the waiting room left in floods of tears from anger and frustration and not knowing what was happening just to be referred to another hospital and have an even worse experience there I'm furious

We are very sorry to receive your comments via the NHS Choices / Patient Opinion website about your experiences in clinic on 31st March 2016. We are particularly concerned about the issues you have raised and we would like to investigate these in detail. Unfortunately it is very difficult to respond to the specific concerns without being provided with confirmation of the clinic you attended and who you were seen by. We take all issues surrounding patient care very seriously and would very much like to hear from you directly about this. If you contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service on 0161 276 8686 or by e-mailing pals@cmft.nhs.uk they will be happy to discuss this with you.
